Description

A quick and easy pasta dish with fresh lemon and basil flavors.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, zest and juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Drain pasta and add it to the pan.
  5. Toss with lemon zest, juice, basil, salt, and pepper.
  6. Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
