Description

Rich and fudgy brownies infused with espresso and mocha flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp instant espresso powder
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.
  4. Sift in cocoa, flour, salt, and espresso powder. Mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  8. Cool completely before cutting.

  • Adjust espresso powder to taste for stronger coffee flavor.
