Ingredients

Instructions
- Wash and dry all vegetables.
- Chop tomatoes, cucumber, and avocado.
- Combine mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, carrots, feta, and sunflower seeds in a large bowl.
- Whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Serve immediately.
