A warm and comforting breakfast dish made with fresh peaches and oats, baked to perfection.
Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups diced peaches
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, maple syrup, egg, butter, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Fold in peaches.
- Pour into greased baking dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe peaches for best flavor.
- Can substitute maple syrup with honey.
- Store leftovers in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
