Description

A warm and comforting breakfast dish made with fresh peaches and oats, baked to perfection.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups diced peaches

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk milk, maple syrup, egg, butter, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  5. Fold in peaches.
  6. Pour into greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes until set.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Use ripe peaches for best flavor.
  • Can substitute maple syrup with honey.
  • Store leftovers in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
