- 2 fish fillets (white fish like cod or tilapia)
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place fish fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the fish.
- Sprinkle minced garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano evenly.
- Arrange lemon slices on top of the fish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
