Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
- Add zucchini noodles and toss to coat.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until noodles soften slightly.
- Season with salt and pepper.

- Use fresh zucchini for best texture.
- Adjust creaminess by adding more parmesan.
- Serve immediately to prevent soggy noodles.
