A hearty and nutritious chili made with white beans, kale, and turkey.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 can white beans, drained
- 2 cups kale, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the turkey in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
- Stir in tomatoes, broth, beans, and spices.
- Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add kale and cook for 5 more minutes.
- Serve hot.

- Use fresh kale for best results.
- Adjust spices to your taste.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
