A refreshing summer drink made with watermelon and lemon, perfect for hot days.
Ingredients

- 4 cups watermelon, cubed and seeded
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sugar or honey
- 2 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Blend watermelon cubes until smooth.
- Strain the juice to remove pulp.
- Mix lemon juice and sugar in a pitcher until dissolved.
- Add watermelon juice and cold water, stir well.
- Serve over ice, garnished with mint if desired.
Notes
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Use chilled watermelon for a colder drink.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
