Description

A refreshing, sweet-and-salty summer salad combining juicy watermelon, crisp cucumber, creamy feta, and zesty lime, finished with fresh mint.


Ingredients

– 6 cups watermelon, seeded and cubed 
– 1 English cucumber, chopped 
– 6 oz feta cheese, cubed 
– Handful fresh mint, chopped 
– 1 lime (zest + juice) 
– Sea salt flakes & black pepper, to taste


Instructions

1. Add watermelon, cucumber, feta, and mint to a large bowl. 
2. Drizzle with lime zest + juice. 
3. Gently toss. Season with salt/pepper. 
4. Adjust flavors if needed. Serve chilled.


Notes

– For best texture, serve immediately. 
– Substitute mint with basil for variation. 
– Add olives or red onion for extra flavor.
