A refreshing and healthy strawberry yogurt smoothie perfect for breakfast or a quick snack.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk (or almond milk for a dairy-free option)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes (optional for a colder smoothie)
Instructions
- Wash and hull the strawberries.
- Add strawberries, yogurt, milk, honey (if using), and vanilla extract to a blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth.
- Add ice cubes if desired and blend again until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use frozen strawberries for a thicker smoothie.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- For a dairy-free version, use plant-based yogurt and milk.
