Description

A refreshing and healthy strawberry yogurt smoothie perfect for breakfast or a quick snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk (or almond milk for a dairy-free option)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes (optional for a colder smoothie)

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries.
  2. Add strawberries, yogurt, milk, honey (if using), and vanilla extract to a blender.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  4. Add ice cubes if desired and blend again until smooth.
  5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use frozen strawberries for a thicker smoothie.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
  • For a dairy-free version, use plant-based yogurt and milk.
