Description
A refreshing homemade strawberry peach soda perfect for summer. Easy to make with fresh fruit and sparkling water.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 ripe peach, peeled and diced
- 3 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups sparkling water or club soda
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine strawberries, peach, sugar, and water.
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the fruit softens (about 5-7 minutes).
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Blend the mixture until smooth, then strain to remove pulp if desired.
- Chill the syrup in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- To serve, fill glasses with ice, add 2-3 tbsp of syrup per glass, and top with sparkling water.
- Stir gently and garnish with mint if using.
Notes
- Adjust sugar based on the sweetness of your fruit.
- For a stronger flavor, let the syrup steep overnight before straining.
- Store leftover syrup in the fridge for up to 5 days.
