- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté for 2 minutes.
- Stir in bell pepper and carrot, cook for 3 minutes.
- Mix in soy sauce, sriracha, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Cook for another 2 minutes until well combined.
- Serve over rice and garnish with green onions.
Notes
- Adjust sriracha for more or less heat.
- Substitute ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
- Add a fried egg on top for extra richness.
