Description

A quick and flavorful stir-fry bowl with spicy ground beef, fresh vegetables, and a savory sauce. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
  3. Add onion and garlic, sauté for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in bell pepper and carrot, cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Mix in soy sauce, sriracha, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  6. Cook for another 2 minutes until well combined.
  7. Serve over rice and garnish with green onions.

Notes

  • Adjust sriracha for more or less heat.
  • Substitute ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
  • Add a fried egg on top for extra richness.
