A delicious and easy-to-make S’Mores Skillet Cookie that combines the classic flavors of s’mores with a gooey cookie base.

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the graham cracker crumbs and chocolate chips.
- Press the dough into a greased 10-inch cast iron skillet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and top with mini marshmallows.
- Return to the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until the marshmallows are toasted.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use a cast iron skillet for best results.
- Serve warm for a gooey texture.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
