Deliciously rich brownies with gooey marshmallows and chocolate chunks, inspired by classic s’mores.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chunks
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until combined.
- Add eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture, stirring well.
- Gradually fold in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Stir in chocolate chunks and graham cracker crumbs.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake for 25 minutes.
- Sprinkle marshmallows on top and bake for 5 more minutes.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use a toothpick to check if brownies are done—it should come out with a few moist crumbs.
- For extra crunch, press graham cracker pieces on top before baking.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
