Description

Deliciously rich brownies with gooey marshmallows and chocolate chunks, inspired by classic s’mores.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chunks
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until combined.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture, stirring well.
  5. Gradually fold in the dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Stir in chocolate chunks and graham cracker crumbs.
  7. Pour batter into the pan and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle marshmallows on top and bake for 5 more minutes.
  9. Let cool before slicing.

Notes

  • Use a toothpick to check if brownies are done—it should come out with a few moist crumbs.
  • For extra crunch, press graham cracker pieces on top before baking.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
