Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Drain pasta and add to the pan.
- Stir in lemon juice, parmesan, pepper, and salt.
- Toss well and serve warm.

- Use fresh lemon juice for best flavor.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- Add parsley or red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
