- 2 bell peppers (any color), sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Toss the sausage, peppers, and onions with olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway, until the sausage is cooked and the vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot.
