Description

A simple dessert featuring caramelized pears paired with a sweet honey-yogurt sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe pears, cored and sliced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add pear slices and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
  3. In a bowl, mix yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
  4. Place pears on a plate and drizzle with the yogurt sauce.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon and walnuts on top.
  6. Serve warm.
