- 2 ripe pears, cored and sliced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add pear slices and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Place pears on a plate and drizzle with the yogurt sauce.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and walnuts on top.
- Serve warm.
