Scale
  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 14 oz canned diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp dried basil

Notes

  • Use any short pasta shape like penne or fusilli.
  • For extra richness, add a splash of milk if the sauce thickens too much.
