- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, and chicken broth.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese.
- Spread mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Combine crushed Ritz crackers, sliced almonds, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for quick preparation.
- Add 1/2 cup frozen peas for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
