Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ears of corn, husks removed
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup crumbled cotija cheese
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

Instructions

  4. Brush grilled corn with the mayonnaise mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with cotija cheese and chili powder.
  6. Garnish with lime wedges and cilantro.
