Description

A hearty and flavorful one-pan meal combining tender meatballs and soft gnocchi, baked to perfection with a rich tomato sauce and melted cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 lb gnocchi
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano to form meatballs.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a greased sheet pan.
  4. Toss gnocchi with olive oil and spread them around the meatballs.
  5. Pour marinara sauce evenly over the meatballs and gnocchi.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
  8. Serve hot.
