Description
A sweet and spicy salmon dish with a mango habanero glaze.
Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1 habanero pepper, seeded and minced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Blend mango, habanero, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
- Season salmon with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sear salmon skin-side down for 2 minutes.
- Transfer salmon to a baking dish and brush with mango habanero glaze.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until salmon flakes easily.
Notes
- Adjust habanero amount for desired spice level.
- Use fresh mango for best flavor.
- Serve with rice or vegetables.
