Description

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Mix pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Pour mixture into unbaked pie crust.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350°F and bake for 40-50 minutes.
