- 1 (15 oz) can Libby’s 100% Pure Pumpkin
- 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Mix pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
- Pour mixture into unbaked pie crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350°F and bake for 40-50 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
