Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken breasts with the mixture.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken for 3 minutes per side.
- Transfer skillet to oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
