- 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 package Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and Knorr vegetable soup mix in a bowl. Mix well.
- Add thawed and drained spinach, chopped water chestnuts, and green onions. Stir until fully combined.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to blend.
- Serve with chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
- Squeeze excess water from spinach to prevent a watery dip.
- For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
- Adjust seasoning if needed with salt and pepper.
