Description

A creamy and flavorful spinach dip made with Knorr vegetable soup mix. Perfect for parties, gatherings, or as a snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 package Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 3 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and Knorr vegetable soup mix in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Add thawed and drained spinach, chopped water chestnuts, and green onions. Stir until fully combined.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to blend.
  4. Serve with chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

  • Squeeze excess water from spinach to prevent a watery dip.
  • For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
  • Adjust seasoning if needed with salt and pepper.
