Description

A quick and creamy spinach dip made with Knorr vegetable soup mix. Perfect for parties, snacks, or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 container (16 oz) sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 3 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and Knorr vegetable soup mix in a bowl.
  2. Squeeze excess water from spinach and add to the mixture.
  3. Stir in water chestnuts and green onions.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  5. Serve with chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
