- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 lemon, halved
- 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Rinse the Cornish hens and pat them dry.
- Rub the hens with olive oil.
- Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and thyme in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mix evenly over the hens.
- Stuff each hen with half a lemon and 2 rosemary sprigs.
- Place the hens on a roasting pan.
- Roast for 50-60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
