- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Season beef ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Place ribs on a baking tray and cover with foil.
- Bake for 2.5 hours.
- Remove foil, brush with barbecue sauce, and bake uncovered for another 30 minutes.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
