Description

A creamy and spicy side dish combining sweet corn with jalapeño popper flavors.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 jalapeños, seeded and diced
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook corn over medium heat until warmed.
  2. Add cream cheese and sour cream, stirring until melted.
  3. Mix in cheddar cheese, jalapeños, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve warm.
