- 500g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Spread on a baking tray.
- Roast potatoes for 25 minutes until golden.
- Heat a pan over medium heat. Add beef slices and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add honey, soy sauce, and garlic to the beef. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Serve beef over roasted potatoes.

- Use a non-stick pan to prevent sticking.
- Adjust honey for sweetness preference.
- Marinate beef for extra flavor.
