Description

A savory dish combining tender beef with sweet honey glaze and crispy roasted potatoes.


Ingredients

  • 500g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Spread on a baking tray.
  3. Roast potatoes for 25 minutes until golden.
  4. Heat a pan over medium heat. Add beef slices and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Add honey, soy sauce, and garlic to the beef. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Serve beef over roasted potatoes.

Notes

  • Use a non-stick pan to prevent sticking.
  • Adjust honey for sweetness preference.
  • Marinate beef for extra flavor.
