Creamy vanilla ice cream loaded with semisweet chocolate chips and chopped peanut butter cups for a classic frozen treat.
Ingredients

1 gallon half-and-half

1 ½ cups sugar

½ cup light corn syrup

1 tbsp vanilla extract

½ tsp salt

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1 cup chopped peanut butter cups
Instructions

Mix base: Whisk half-and-half, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla, and salt until dissolved.

Chill: Refrigerate for 2+ hours (or overnight).

Churn: Pour into ice cream maker; churn 20–25 minutes.

Add mix-ins: Stir in chocolate chips and peanut butter cups during last 2–3 minutes.

Freeze: Transfer to airtight container; freeze 4+ hours until firm.

Use high-quality chocolate and mini peanut butter cups for best results.

No ice cream maker? Freeze in a shallow dish, stirring every 30 minutes for 3 hours.
