A simple and flavorful chili seasoning recipe to enhance your homemade chili.
Ingredients

- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Combine all spices in a small bowl.
- Mix well until evenly blended.
- Store in an airtight container.
- Use 2-3 tbsp per pound of meat or beans in your chili recipe.
Notes
- Adjust cayenne pepper for more or less heat.
- For a smokier flavor, use smoked paprika.
- Store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
