Ingredients

- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
- 200g feta cheese, cubed
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and chop all vegetables.
- Combine tomatoes, cucumber, onion, bell pepper, and olives in a large bowl.
- Add feta cheese cubes.
- Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the salad.
- Sprinkle oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Toss gently to mix.
- Serve fresh.
