- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup melted butter or coconut oil
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, eggs, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until fully blended.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- For a nut-free version, substitute almond flour with oat flour.
