Description

A simple and delicious gluten-free brownie recipe made with almond flour for a rich and fudgy texture.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, eggs, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until fully blended.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Let cool before slicing.
