- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 8 cubes
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the beef. Stir well.
- Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a mozzarella cube in the center of each biscuit.
- Seal the edges by pinching them together to form a ball.
- Place the bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh garlic for extra flavor.
- Substitute mozzarella with cheddar if preferred.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
