A simple and delicious side dish featuring roasted Brussels sprouts with garlic and Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes until tender and slightly crispy.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the sprouts and roast for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve warm.

- Trim and halve Brussels sprouts evenly for even cooking.
- Adjust roasting time based on your oven.
- Freshly grated Parmesan works best.
