Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes until tender and slightly crispy.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the sprouts and roast for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve warm.
