- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Cook lo mein noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
- Add garlic, cabbage, carrots, and bell peppers to the wok. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Return shrimp to the wok. Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and black pepper.
- Toss everything together and cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
