Ingredients

- 1 can sardines (120g), drained
- 1/2 cup black olives, pitted
- 2 tbsp capers, drained
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Drain sardines and mash them in a bowl.
- Chop olives and capers finely.
- Mix sardines, olives, capers, and garlic in a bowl.
- Add olive oil, lemon juice, and black pepper. Stir well.
- Serve on toast or crackers.

- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Adjust lemon juice or olive oil to taste.
