Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can sardines (120g), drained
  • 1/2 cup black olives, pitted
  • 2 tbsp capers, drained
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Drain sardines and mash them in a bowl.
  2. Chop olives and capers finely.
  3. Mix sardines, olives, capers, and garlic in a bowl.
  4. Add olive oil, lemon juice, and black pepper. Stir well.
  5. Serve on toast or crackers.
