- 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/2 lb ground beef (optional)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Combine the cooked beef, Rotel, and Velveeta in a slow cooker or saucepan.
- Cook on low heat, stirring occasionally, until the cheese is fully melted.
- Add garlic powder and onion powder, stirring well to combine.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, use hot Rotel.
- Substitute ground sausage for beef if preferred.
