Ingredients

- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Store in an airtight container.
- Use 2-3 tbsp per pound of meat or beans.
Notes
- Adjust cayenne for more or less heat.
- Works with beef, chicken, or vegetarian chili.
- Keeps for up to 6 months.
