Description

A simple and delicious recipe for ground beef enchiladas, perfect for a quick family dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet until browned.
  3. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning.
  4. Pour half the enchilada sauce into a baking dish.
  5. Fill tortillas with beef mixture, cheese, and green chiles.
  6. Roll tortillas and place seam-side down in the dish.
  7. Top with remaining enchilada sauce and cheese.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
