- 1 onion, diced
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
- 8 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet until browned.
- Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning.
- Pour half the enchilada sauce into a baking dish.
- Fill tortillas with beef mixture, cheese, and green chiles.
- Roll tortillas and place seam-side down in the dish.
- Top with remaining enchilada sauce and cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
