- 500g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp fresh ginger, finely grated
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 red chili, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ginger and garlic, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and black pepper.
- Cook for another 5 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Garnish with green onions and red chili before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of ginger for a stronger or milder flavor.
- Serve with steamed rice or noodles.
- For extra spice, add more chili.
