A simple and delicious garlic parmesan chicken pasta dish that’s easy to make and packed with flavor.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz pasta (like fettuccine or penne)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and slice.
- In the same pan, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
- Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the sauce. Toss to coat.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use freshly grated parmesan for better flavor.
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
- For extra richness, add a splash of pasta water to the sauce.
