Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix shredded chicken, half the cheese, onions, sour cream, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Spoon the chicken mixture onto each tortilla and roll tightly.
  4. Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down in a baking dish.
  5. Pour enchilada sauce over the tortillas and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
