- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup white rice, uncooked
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 ½ cups chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cooked chicken, uncooked rice, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and frozen vegetables.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil, sprinkle shredded cheese on top, and bake for another 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for faster prep.
- Substitute brown rice for a healthier option (adjust liquid as needed).
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
