Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup white rice, uncooked
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 ½ cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix cooked chicken, uncooked rice, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and frozen vegetables.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  4. Pour mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Remove foil, sprinkle shredded cheese on top, and bake for another 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
