Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add shredded chicken and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir. Let it simmer for 3 minutes.
  5. Add cheddar and Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and smooth.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  7. Add cooked pasta and mix well.
  8. Serve hot.
