Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add shredded chicken and cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir. Let it simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add cheddar and Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add cooked pasta and mix well.
- Serve hot.

- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
- Add vegetables like broccoli or spinach for extra nutrition.
- Adjust cheese quantities for a stronger or milder flavor.
