- 1 lb fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Arrange tomato and mozzarella slices on a platter, alternating them.
- Tuck fresh basil leaves between the slices.

- Season with salt and pepper.
