- 1 can (12.5 oz) cooked chicken, drained
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Add canned chicken, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Cook for 5 minutes until heated through.
- Serve warm.
