- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Oil for frying
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp lime juice
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk for 20 minutes.
- Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat chicken pieces in the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken until golden and cooked through.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, hot sauce, honey, and lime juice to make bang bang sauce.
- Toss fried chicken in the sauce.
- Serve immediately.

- For extra crispiness, double-coat the chicken in flour.
