Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Oil for frying
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk for 20 minutes.
  2. Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat chicken pieces in the flour mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken until golden and cooked through.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, hot sauce, honey, and lime juice to make bang bang sauce.
  6. Toss fried chicken in the sauce.
  7. Serve immediately.
