- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
- Toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado, cilantro
Instructions
- Place chicken, broth, taco seasoning, onion, and garlic in a crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks.
- Stir in lime juice.
